Schoolhouse Birdhouse

Everyone builds the schoolhouse red and black. I didn't want to. I used AI to explore color ideas and landed on white, purple, and cedar — and the combination just worked. The angles were a challenge, the cupola even more so. The first one's roofline started separating — tossed it. Built the second one in sections, glued and screwed, much more solid. Started with some 1x6s from the backyard, a blogger's dimensions, and a willingness to do it differently. That's usually how the best builds begin.
